I ORDERED ONE, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Please allow 2-3 business days of processing time for your order to be packaged and delivered to the shipping company for delivery.

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
  • Average express transit times to the United States / Canada: 4-9 days
  • Average standard transit times to the United States: 15-24 days
  • Average transit times to International: 21 - 30 days


Due to COVID-19, we are experiencing shipping delays worldwide. All non-essential packages are being delayed to make way and give priority to essential and medical supplies. Thank you for your sincere understanding during these times.

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, pandemics, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide tracking for every order, but cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information once it's out of our hands. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel your order at anytime. You must cancel your order within 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation in order to not have the watch shipped. Please email us at help@freesmartband.com. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "Cancel My Free Watch" and provide us with your order number which you can find in your confirmation email or text message.

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at help@freesmartband.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within two business days.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED 
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 watches may arrive damaged due to mail service mistreatment of our packages. We apologize sincerely if this happens to you.

If this happens to you, please contact us with:
    - Your order number.
    - A picture of the damaged product.

Once received, we'll be happy to send out a replacement to you as quick as possible!

Shipping prices are subject to change without prior notice. This cost is outside of our control and we adjust to meet the price we are being charged by the shipping companies. Thank you for your understanding.
