If for any reason you need a replacement, don't worry we got your back! It doesn't matter if you lost your smart band or broke it. We promise to send you a brand new one! If your order is within 30 days, we will send you a replacement without charging you anything for it. If It's been more then 30 days don't worry we will replace your watch, just pay a $8.99 replacement fee.
Did Your Smart Band Stop Working?
Please inspect your new watch upon receiving it and contact us if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong color, so that we can make it right! We will send you out a brand new replacement as quick as possible.
Want To Return It & Get Your Money Back?
While this is not something we come across often. We want to reassure you that if your watch arrives and does not work properly, as long as you contact us within 30 days of receiving your watch, we will refund 100% of your order, and we will send you a replacement.
